About the project
I designed this guitar specifically for Alexei Davletshin – composer, guitarist, collector, businessman and a wonderful open person.
Alexei travels a lot and is always accompanied by an acoustic guitar. But sometimes you want to rock’n’roll! And without an electric guitar that’s impossible. That’s why he asked me to make a compact instrument in a travel format.
As the basis we chose the concept of Fender Stratocaster.
The ergonomics is as close as possible to the original, while the guitar fits within the dimensions of hand luggage during air travel.
A classic set of wood and pickups from Lollar put this baby on a par with its full-format brethren. And the inlay in the form of the initials of the owner makes it practically a member of the family.
