Nataly

When I was invited to participate in the contest of guitar masters Telefest 12, I decided to make two instruments at once: one of a classic form and the other one based on my Starline model.
I was certain that since it was the contest of telecasters, banal classics won’t surprise anyone. Therefore, I came up with the idea to make a guitar in the country style. I had interesting thoughts about all sorts of design features, but I figured the main trump card should be a B-bender, which is used exclusively in this musical genre. I already had an experience of building guitars with such devices; besides, I had one set left in reserve. In the process of work there was an idea to make a thematic drawing on the back of the deck. For the implementation the wonderful artist Daniil Ermolovich came to help me. In his recognizable manner, he made a stunning drawing of a scene from rodeo. Thus, the guitar became fully consistent with the conceived concept both visually and technically.
I am very pleased that our efforts were recognized. The Countrycaster Nataly was picked as the best instrument of the festival.
