Tele Barbashov&Poznysh
The history of this instrument is associated with the name of the famous guitar maker Igor Barbashov. He made a lot of incredible guitars, which have already become legends. One such masterpiece is a guitar-balalaika made for Alexey Belov, which became the signature image for the famous band Gorky Park, in particular their guitarist.
Unfortunately, in 2015 Igor passed away…
Alexey Davletshin knew Igor very well and used his services for a long time. To help Igor’s family, Alexey bought some of the unfinished projects.
After we finished the signature travel guitar for Alexey, he suggested that I make a body for the fretboard of Igor’s work, and with such a project perpetuate the memory of the Master.
I would like to say a sincere thank you to Alexey for the humanity and breadth of soul for giving me the opportunity to be able to commemorate the work of the great Master Igor Barbashov in this way.
